If you’re feeling exhausted, and confused as to how you got to this point, please know that you are not alone. You might have a sense that there is a different way of being in your life, but things still feel unclear and scary. I hear you. When we’re used to one way of being, it can feel daunting or even impossible to change.
I’m here to tell you that it IS possible, and you ARE capable of the healing and growth you seek. In my role as your counselor, I will walk alongside you the entire step of your journey to ensure safety and support. It is my belief that the most profound and sustainable change comes from a holistic, mind-body approach. By combining somatic techniques, trauma-informed best practices, and narrative philosophies, I can support you in feeling more present and whole in your mind, body, and soul.
I am currently a student at Yorkville University completing my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, and also work as a meditation and breathwork coach. Before pursuing counseling, I gained a Masters in Integrative Health Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, and subsequently worked as a health coach for 4 years.
It is truly an honor to be able to do this work.
