Hi, I’m Tim  – and I’ll bet you’re reading this because life is not going the way you imagined. Somehow things got off-track, to a place that’s dark, painful, and confusing.

I myself have experienced trauma, anxiety, and very dark places, so I know just how overwhelming life can be. Thankfully, due to receiving the right mental health supports, I was able to move through those places into a life of connection, love, and purpose.

Together we’ll explore where things got off track, and put a plan in place to get you back in alignment. Along the way you’ll gain skills for calming your thoughts and emotions, learn to communicate needs and set firm boundaries, clear out old traumas, and gain confidence and control over your life again.
