There are moments in life when something within us calls for change from the deepest layers of who we are. Maybe you’ve been moving through the world carrying pain in quiet ways: through habits that numb, distract, or soothe. Maybe you’ve outgrown old ways of coping, but don’t yet know what healing looks like. Or maybe you’re simply tired… Of surviving, of disconnecting, of doing it all alone.

 

If this resonates, I want you to know: you are not your pain, your patterns, or your past. You are not broken. The parts of you that struggle are parts that learned how to protect you. With compassion they can begin to soften.

 

I support individuals navigating trauma, addictive behaviours, emotional overwhelm, and the deeper existential questions that arise in the healing process. Whether you’re in recovery, questioning your relationship with substances or patterns, or simply feeling called toward greater alignment, I offer a space of grounded presence, curiosity, and care.

 

My approach is integrative and holistic—combining evidence-based therapies with mind-body practices and spiritual inquiry. Together, we’ll work with your thoughts, your nervous system, your body, and your soul’s longing for connection.

 

Modalities I use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and other trauma-informed approaches. I also weave in breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices to support regulation, clarity, and reconnection to self.

 

Healing isn’t about striving to be someone else. It’s about remembering who you are, and slowly, gently returning home to that truth.
