Team Resources

Beyond intellectual ideas of what we are supposed to be and beyond knowledge from intervention trainings, we remove barriers to our most authentic selves. Clients co-regulate with us a therapists who have learned to be in loving presence with all parts—inner and outer. They become curious towards the source of that wellbeing which we gently nudge them towards with patience that needs nothing from them.

You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.

Resource Links

Here is everything in one convenient place. Please let me know anything I’ve missed and I’ll include that as well. Thanks everyone!

Room Allocation

The only accurate source for knowing who is in which room. This format asks that folks generally acquire half day shifts and aim for 4-5 clients. Exceptions are made for counsellors who are attracting abundant clients and showing strong retention, in which cases they may ‘middle’ across two shifts aiming for around 6 clients.

Traffic Hub

Please update placement, as this helps determine where traffic goes. Keep in mind though, direct Jane bookings account for more clients than those I route from the contact form.

Direct Billing Guide

Direct Billing is in its wild west phase. This practice is taking some adjusting, but by getting onboard early you set yourselves apart from other therapists in the field and prepare yourself to be an expert as the systems become smoother and better adapted.

Colter's Client Tracker (the CCT)

The clinic Thrives provided that everyone is extending engagement with existing clients more than seeking new ones. This tracking sheet helps you to know which consultations or existing clients could use a friendly reach-out.

Specialties Doc

This is important! Please check that your details are up to date. Lately, insurance companies you direct bill are very important to update. Beyond that, this document is a one-stop-shop for referencing who does what.

Tier System Policy

In 2025, Thrive adopted an incentive tier system, helping the centre to achieve sustainability through a dynamic profit share system. This is a must-read, loaded with other elements of how to attune to the system.

Thrive Lessons

This folder has recorded consults, as well as documents, audios and meditations — created by Carson and other members of thrive for our team.

Internship Resources

Articles, guidelines, new-hire guide for orienting to your ecosystem and the template for manual receipts to deploy when you cannot use Jane’s automatic receipt generation for whatever reason.

Manual Receipt Template

In cases where the client needs a receipt customized beyond Jane, or a reissue is necessary, please make a copy of this receipt template (vs. editing the shared one) and use it as needed.

Counsellor Hyperlinks

If you are ever wishing to link quickly to another Thrive Therapist’s bio or Jane, you can use this. Also—consider writing a bit about your vibe if you’d like. This is mostly for fun.

New Hire Guide

For anyone joining to team or wanting a refresher, here is a detailed guide on what you need to orient to the ecosystem. The ending to this document is sort of awkwardly unfinished, however the lion’s share of it tracks and is relevant,

Resources & Worksheets

A wide assortments of PDFs for both practitioner and client to guide practice and intervention.

Thrive Logo & Room Photos

If you wish to use this for branding, letterhead or supporting Thrive, you may find various formats of our logo here as well as room photos.

Resonant Art List

This was a good idea at one point. A place to share, books, songs, films and articles relevant to a certain mood or vibe for a client to help language their experience beyond therapy. Always up to be revived.

Referral Network

This didn’t get heavy traction over the years, but perhaps if more visible it will gain some momentum again.

EMDR Resources

Mostly shared by New Tides, you may find important resources here in guiding your work as an EMDR therapist.

Special Team Resources

Meeting notes, intake procedures, red flags, liability forms, interactions lists, and all things rabbit holing towards this area of practice.

Medication List

A handy graphic to reference what medications are used to treat what.

Thank you…

For being who you are in a space where it’s being right—not being ‘right’—that leads how we practice.
