Want us to help match you to a therapist? We’d be glad to:
Colter Long, RCC
Do anxiety, racing thoughts, or emotional spirals keep you stuck? I bring a direct, no-nonsense approach with sharp clarity, fierce accountability, and cognitive behavioural therapy to help you build real resilience. My style is strong yet supportive—cutting through the noise so you can break old loops, level up, and truly thrive.
Serena Slatten, RCC
Whatever brought you here—heartache, anxiety, or just life being life—you’re welcome. I specialize in relationships, addictions, and life’s messy in-betweens, working with individuals and couples. My style? Saucy, warm, and real. I use EMDR to help untangle the hard stuff—with Chester, my fluffy sidekick, occasionally stealing the spotlight.
Jess Cumming, CCC
What happens when life drops you right into the middle of everything you’d rather avoid? I work with people navigating big transitions, identity shake-ups, and the awkward in-between. Using EMDR and other approaches to heal trauma, I bring warmth, sharp honesty, and laughter to the darkest corners—because nothing human scares me.
Mohit Bassi, RCC
Do you ever feel like you’ve outgrown your old self but aren’t sure who’s emerging next? I work with curious, self-aware people navigating burnout, identity shifts, and emotional overload. With the use of EMDR and other modalities, we’ll explore the patterns that once protected you and help you grow into a life that finally feels aligned.
Laura Lu, RCC
Being human can feel like getting tossed between tidal waves and numb silence—one moment overwhelmed, the next disconnected. I offer a space to make sense of that inner chaos through compassion, curiosity, and EMDR. Together, we’ll meet every part of you with care and uncover the self that’s been waiting underneath.
Estairia Hong, RTC
In a world that rewards conformity, it’s easy to lose touch with your most authentic self. I specialize in supporting queer folks and all those exploring alternative relationships, identity shifts, and life transitions. Together, we’ll create a space where complexity is welcomed, honesty leads, and your evolving truth can unfold with clarity and care.
Joel Myers, RTC
Maybe you’ve been numbing, distracting, or duct-taping your soul together with habits that only half-work. 🩹 Change can feel terrifying (and a little weird), but you don’t have to do it solo. I specialize in addiction and trauma recovery, using EMDR and other evidence-based magic to get to the root—where real healing begins.
Fabiola Pérez, RTC
The human experience can be… a lot. Ever catch yourself thinking, “Can I just get a break?!” I specialize in early attachment trauma, helping you untangle the body’s old stories with care and curiosity. Together, we’ll reconnect mind, body, and spirit—so you can feel grounded, whole, and more at home in yourself.
Xiva Taverna, RTC
Psychedelics, when approached with reverence and intention, can illuminate inner truth and release old patterns. Yet real transformation comes through preparation and integration. Combining Internal Family Systems with psychedelic work has taught me to love every part of myself—revealing that healing is not escape, but embracing all we are to become whole.
Andressa Taverna, RTC
You might feel something’s off but can’t quite name it—disconnected from yourself, others, or the life you hoped to be living. I offer a warm, compassionate space to gently explore what’s beneath the surface. I specialize in childhood sexual abuse, using EMDR and somatic therapy to help you reclaim safety, belonging, and joy—one tender step at a time.
Carson Kivari, RCC
I’ve spent the 23 years of experience I have with psychedelics learning how to relate to and respect them. These aren’t drugs we take to cure things. They are sensitizing agents that make us more aware of what we’ve fallen asleep to. I very rarely recommend psychedelics, save for those willing to first ‘wake up’ to how out of alignment they’ve been living. In my experience, psychedelics often make things feel worse, as we are called on a hero’s journey to clean up our spiritually devoid materialistic lives. If you’re willing to do that? A life of greater meaning, love and grace awaits, but you’ll have to open to losing the false safety you’ve leaned on until now.
