The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

If you’ve been carrying anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, or relationship struggles that seem to follow you everywhere, you’re not alone. Sometimes it can feel like you know why things are hard, but still can’t seem to get out of the same painful loops. The overthinking, shutting down, people pleasing, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, loneliness, or feeling disconnected from yourself can slowly start shaping the way you move through the world and respond to your relationships.

I also deeply understand ADHD and the way self-esteem can take such a hit when other parts of life feel unstable or not fully in place yet. It’s hard to feel grounded in yourself when you’re constantly trying to survive, keep up, or hold everything together in a world that wasn’t made for you.

Our work together will be about understanding not just what caused the hurt, but also how those experiences continue to live in your body, relationships, emotions, and everyday life. We’ll gently explore the patterns, protective strategies, and emotional loops that keep you stuck, while also building tools and systems that actually work for you! Not some unrealistic version of who you think you should be!

My approach is body-based, relational, and rooted in Internal Family Systems (parts work). Together, we might get curious about the different parts of you: the anxious part, the protective part, the exhausted part, the hopeful part. Therapy with me isn’t about forcing change or becoming a completely different person. It’s about helping you feel more connected to yourself, more emotionally safe, and more able to build a life that genuinely feels like yours.
