We spend much of our lives fighting ourselves.

Thought versus emotion, pleasure against duty, love opposing fear: we are in two minds about everything.

And when we agonize between these different sides of self—or worse, pick one and repress the other—we suffer.

Now imagine if all the energy tied up in dealing with that suffering was available to you. Available to be directed towards your life goals, instead of being wasted as you continue to get in your own way.

As a child of three wildly opposing cultures (Canadian, Croatian, and Japanese), my life’s work has been about learning how to integrate conflicting opposites into a greater whole.

I have lived in a dozen countries and studied as many ways to heal the mind, the heart, and the soul.

I’ve also trained in multiple forms of psychedelic guiding & integration for 7 years, including psychotherapy, medical, & shamanic models from different parts of the world.
