Do you ever hesitate to share your feelings because you worry about burdening others? Does it sometimes feel like you’re alone, despite being surrounded by people? You may be aware of your feelings, yet naming them or knowing what to do with them can feel exhausting. Scattered attention and the pressure of masking can make this even harder.

If this resonates, you’re not alone. The map of our inner world is filled with intricate landscapes shaped by experiences, memories, and survival patterns that can feel overwhelming, like pieces of a puzzle that don’t quite fit together yet.

In our work together, we will create a collaborative space to share, heal and grow by understanding and accepting the different parts of ourselves. This is a journey inward so yes, buckle up as it may feel bumpy sometimes… But you won’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we will explore how your emotions live in your body and show up, at work or school, at home, in relationships and in the quiet moments of your mind.

As a first-generation immigrant, I understand how culture, systems and social contexts shape our situations, and our sense of community and identity. Feeling seen, heard and understood is a human need. My work is guided by this belief and informed by culturally responsive and
affirmative frameworks.

My approach is relational and grounded in an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, intersectional, identity-affirming lens. I draw from Internal Family Systems Therapy, which understands us, as made up of different ‘parts’ that carry their own stories; Emotion-Focused Therapy approaches that help deepen emotional awareness and connection; and somatic body-based practices that support nervous system regulation and healing.

If would like to work together, I invite you to reach out. I would be honoured to know you and to walk alongside you on this journey.
